Assemblyman Herb Conaway
Herb Conaway was first elected to the Assembly in 1998 and currently represents Legislative District 7, covering municipalities in Burlington Township.
After earning his his M.D. from Jefferson Medical College in 1989, Assemblyman Conaway specialized in internal medicine and practices in Trenton, New Jersey. The Assemblyman served as a United States Air Force Captain in the medical corps at McGuire Air Force Base, as a general medical officer, and as an assistant director of the Primary Care Clinic for the base. He currently serves as the Director of the Burlington County Health Department.
During his time as an Assemblyman, Assemblyman Conaway has supported successful legislation to advance environmental protection. He currently serves as the chair of Health and Senior Services Committee and sits on the Appropriations Committee, as well as the Science, Innovation, and Technology committee. We are proud to endorse him in the 7th District, and we urge you to vote for him on November 5th.
