Vin Gopal
Senator Vin Gopal is running for reelection to the New Jersey State Senate, representing District 11, which covers municipalities such as Asbury Park, Long Branch, and Freehold.
Born in Neptune Township and a lifelong resident of Monmouth County, Gopal owned a business and served on the Board of Directors of the Northern Monmouth Chamber of Commerce. In 2010, he was elected to a three-year term as President of the Hazlet Business Owners Association.
Senator Gopal sponsored legislation that supports climate change education in schools, electric vehicle infrastructure, and beach replenishment projects in his district.
